Making your own whole food vegan ice cream is as simple as blending frozen bananas. The customization options are unlimited, here strawberries are used in this classic flavor combination.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 6 strawberries, mashed
- ¼ cup Love Crunch Dark Chocolate & Red Berries
- Blend bananas, maple syrup, coconut cream and vanilla. (Using a blender or food proccessor)
- Stir in mashed strawberries.
- Top with Love Crunch!
