Very good. I made it as overnight oats with blueberries and almond milk.
Love the cinnamon pumpkin seed flavour. I add 1 tbsp of pure pumpkin puree, half a banana and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice seasoning. I also bring packets to work with me for a quick and healthy breakfast. Great to see a product like this that's real food and well priced on store shelves - can't wait for more flavours to come out!
I've been struggling a bit with trying to find a breakfast that is quick and easy but still healthy. With no salt, low fat and sugar, this fit the bill but I was skeptical about whether I would like the taste or not. It tastes great! The coconut adds a little something to it to give it just the right pop and separate it from bland plain oatmeal. You can add fruit to it or other sweeteners like honey but I had no trouble eating it plain.
