This is brown rice. Believe it or not you can taste the difference. This is way better than white rice crispy cereal. It stays with you longer too. It looks different as the cereal is smaller and tighter (more solid even though crispy). We like it just fine with no sweetener. We use unsweetened almond or soy milk and this cereal is very good. It does stay solid (crunchy) a bit longer than the white rice crispy cereals. My husband says they are every bit as tasty as the white crispy rice cereals in the stores and he is happy with these
I love the fact this cereal is made out of brown rice. It is bland tasting and great for days where I'm in the mood for bland (not to be confused with boring). Sometimes we're naughty and make rice crisp squares out of it without too much guilt because this cereal is brown rice afterall!
Simple, decent tasting cereal. Low sugar per serving, low cal, organic, gluten free and no GMO. I add a couple of Tablespoons of Anita's Organic Mill Chia Hemp or Nut and Seed Breakfast Boost, a scoop of protein powder and some almond milk. Add an apple or some berries and you've got a great meal to start the day.
